Ingredients:-
- Black Chickpea(chana)-1 1/2 cup
- Boiled Potatoes-2 peeled and cubed
- Onion-1/2 cup chopped
- Raw Mango-1/4 cup chopped
- Coriander- 1tbsp finely chopped
- Mint(Pudina)-2tbsp finely chopped
- Coconut-1/2 cup grated
- Pomegranate-2tbsp fresh
- Cumin(Jeera) Powder-1/2 tbsp
- Chaat Masala-1/2 tbsp
- Gren chilli-1 finely chopped
- Lemon juice-1tbsp
- Salt and black pepper powder-as per taste
- Soak chana overnight. Drain and boil with some salt.
- Strain the remaining liquid.
- Add all ingredients to it and toss.
- Serve cold.
- You can also add coriander-mint chutney to it.
