1.Rava Dosa:-
 Ingredients:-
  •  Rava/sooji/semolina-2 cups
  • Maida-2 cups
  • Rice flour/chawal ka aata-4 cups 
  • Green chillies, finely chopped-6 to 8
  • Jeera-3 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil 
  • Onions-1 cut in small pieces


Method :-
  • Slightly fry rava and grind it with little amount of water.
  • Add rice flour and maida to make a watery batter.
  • In a frying pan take some oil and add jeera to it ,when it turns brown add chopped chillies and small onion pieces. 
  • Fry until onions become light brown in color.
  • Add this to the watery batter.
  • Now heat a dosa tawa/non-stick tawa ,pour watery batter on it so that it flows to the center. In order to make crispy,wafer like dosa watery batter should be poured not spread with spoon.
  • Add oil at the edges of dosa.
  •  After 1-2 minutes when it turns brown and crispy , flip over it and cook the second side in same way.
  • Serve it hot with chutney or sambhar.
