EGG 'N' NON-VEG CORNER


1.OMLETTE:-
          Omelette is simplest dish in breakfast made with just using few eggs and can also be filled. It can be made simple or few things like onion can also be added to improve the taste. It can be served by using bread,chips or sauce. It is healthy and delicious breakfast.

Recipe for simple Omlette:-

INGREDIENTS 
  • 2-3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil
 METHOD
  1.  Take a bowl and break the eggs and add pepper and salt as per your taste ( 1 tbsp milk can also be added to increase the softness).
  2. Beat them with a spoon or fork gently, until they mixed up. 
  3. Put the pan on the stove on mild heat and let it get warm.
  4. Now but some cooking oil on the pan and tilt in all directions , so that the oil covers the whole surface. You can also use a spoon to spread the oil.
  5. When the oil become hot enough, pour the mixture of bowl on the pan. Tilt the pan or use a spoon to spread the mixture.
  6.  Cook it at moderate heat,when egg sets turn it to the second side using spetula.
  7. Now finely when egg sets and become light brown in color , the omellete is ready now.
  8. Now place it in a plate and serve hot with bread, sauce or chips
  9. You can also fill it with cheese, chopped tomatoes or with some herbs.
  2.SPICY EGG BHURJI:- 
    

 INGREDIENTS:-  

1. Eggs: 3
2. Oil or butter: 5ml
3. Cumin: 2gm
4.  Turmeric powder: 2gm
5.  Chopped tomato: 15gm
6. Chopped green chilly: 10gm
7. Chopped coriander: 10gm
8. Salt to taste


   METHOD:-
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
2. Add onion and saute until translucent.
3. Add tomato and green chilly ,add beaten eggs and saute   the mixture with wooden spatula.
4. Add chopped coriander and season the bhurji.
5. Serve with ajwaini paranthas or toasts.
